Welcome to the 5 Day Drop

In this section, you will find all of the plans, programs, portion guides, meal ideas, and grocery lists that you will need in order of how I applied them to lose my 30 pounds in 16 days during menopause.

Step 1. Start with a 5 Day Drop, once you completed that, move on to the continuation plan for the remainder of the month.

If you have further weight you would like to lose continue that order until you get to your goal weight.

When you're happy with where you we're at, then move on to the maintenance plan.

This is the exact blueprint that I use to lose 30 pounds after I had tried every diet, lifestyle change, doctor, pill and potion for four years. Nothing else got around my hormones and tuned up my body to make it work optimally like this system.
